What are the salient features of the manual soap dispensers?

Manual soap dispensers are actuated by pressing the soap pump with your hand. They come in plastic and Grade 304 stainless steel construction (the pump is always plastic). Stainless steel dispensers are significantly more durable than plastic and resist corrosion and vandalism. All dispensers come with lock and key security and are compatible with commercially available bulk liquid soaps. We offer both wall-mount and counter-mount options.

How to maintain and service soap dispensers?

Use good quality liquid soap that is free from impurities and debris — low-quality soap can block pumps or cause leakage. Clean the dispenser body with a damp cloth; avoid abrasive chemicals on stainless steel as they can cause etching. Do not leave soap spills on stainless steel surfaces for extended periods — most commercial soaps are acidic and can etch the finish. Always use a funnel when refilling to avoid spillage. Note: stainless steel requires basic care — it is corrosion-resistant, not corrosion-proof.

How to repair soap dispensers?

For manual soap dispensers, the pump is typically the only component that needs replacement and can be swapped out easily by anyone. Installation is simple — drill two holes in the wall at the appropriate height, insert the wall anchors, and mount the dispenser with the provided screws. The entire process takes just a few minutes and requires no special tools. Detailed installation instructions are included with every unit.

What is the difference between wall mount and counter mount soap dispensers?

Wall-mount dispensers are fixed directly to the wall, making them highly accessible and easy to refill — ideal for most commercial washrooms. Counter-mount dispensers are installed on the washroom counter with the soap reservoir housed below the sink, offering a clean, seamless look ideal for modern restrooms and high-end interiors.

What is the difference between automatic and manual soap dispensers?

Automatic (sensor) dispensers operate without any physical contact — the infrared sensor detects the user's hand and dispenses soap automatically.
